The mission of the Quality Program (QA) is to solicit feedback on how well the Chapter Leadership is performing in the area of delivering quality programs that meet the expectations and needs of the Chapter membership.
The goal is to increase member satisfaction and decrease attrition by providing valuable feedback to the Program Managers and Board of Directors. This is achieved via:
- Quality surveys at chapter meetings and events
- Annual membership surveys
- Focus groups
What does QA do?
We distribute results to Program Managers and the Board of Directors, following a detailed analysis of member surveys derived from the following events:
- Chapter meetings
- Career Development Network (CDN)
- Breakfast Round Table (BRT)
- Professional Development
- Corporate Outreach
- “Everything You Always Wanted to Know about PMINYC”
- Additional PMINYC-sponsored programs, events, and activities are considered for support as the need arises, such as the Tri-State Interactive Networking event QA listens
- Positive comments
- Critical comments
- Mixed (usually contain “but...” or “however...”)
- Suggestions for improvement
- Popular speakers and topics are brought back
- Name tags are provided
- Ice-breaker questions for networking are provided prior to meetings
- Meetings start on time
- Better labeling on food
