PMINYC is staffed by volunteers.  Several functions operate "behind the scenes" to keep the Chapter operating.  These important areas offer serveral volunteer opportunities for new volunteers who want to learn about the Chapter.  

 

Quality Program

 The mission of the Quality Program (QA) is to solicit feedback on how well the Chapter Leadership is performing in the area of delivering quality programs that meet the expectations and needs of the Chapter membership.

The goal is to increase member satisfaction and decrease attrition by providing valuable feedback to the Program Managers and Board of Directors.  This is achieved via:

  • Quality surveys at chapter meetings and events
  • Annual membership surveys
  • Focus groups

Event Registration / Logistics

The Event Registration and Logistics Committees manage the registration process at Chapter meetings, coordinates with the meeting location to provide a list of meeting registrants, orders food for meetings and coordinates the process of sending the PMI Global Operations Center PDU information for members.
