Talk - The Leader as a Strategic Thinker

Strategic thinking isn't just an option; it's the cornerstone of effective leadership. It's what sets visionary leaders apart, enabling them to set a clear direction, and position their organizations in the competitive landscape with finesse.
When leaders lack strategic thinking, the consequences can be dire. Falling behind the curve, grappling with internal conflicts, and squandering growth opportunities become all too common. Vision gets hazy, decisions turn reactive, and the valuable edge over competition fades away.
That's where 'Vision to Strategies' (V2S) steps in. This dynamic session is your gateway to unlocking a proven, practical framework. It's about converting ambitious, long-term visions into tangible strategic projects. More importantly, it's about ensuring these projects align seamlessly with corporate organizational visions.
‘Vision to Strategies’ - V2S - will help you not only understand the transformative power of strategic thinking but also learn to wield it confidently.
Join this talk to step into a world where long-term goals become actionable, and each project contributes to a bigger, purpose-driven vision and mission.

“Born in France and raised on Reunion Island, Franck embarked on a unique path that led him to his current role as a Director of Project Management at NFI Industries.

Franck's story unfolds with his bold decision to leave home at the age of 14 to pursue a basketball career. Life then threw him a curveball with a back injury, but he turned it into an opportunity to head to the US to learn English. It was during this journey that fate intervened, and he met his future wife, Traci, who he's been happily married to for nearly 35 years.

His pursuit of knowledge led Franck to academic achievements of high honors. He harnessed this momentum to launch his corporate and consulting career.

Today, he’s the Director of Project Management at NFI Industries, specializing in tailoring project management strategies to align with the company's culture and industry nuances through his approach called ‘Vision to Strategies' (V2S). This methodology involves a multi-faceted approach, encompassing strengths and weaknesses assessment, resource enhancement through coaching and training, portfolio visibility promotion, and the implementation of streamlined processes.

But Franck’s expertise goes beyond corporate responsibilities, Franck shines as an exceptional instructor with over 17,000 teaching hours for 5,000 professionals. With more than 25 years of practical experience, Franck's prowess extends beyond project management. His journey through consulting, executive communication, change management, and organizational development with a range of roles across industries, from IT and software development to supply chain, information management, and financial services, has equipped him with a diverse skill set.

Franck's knack for interpersonal dynamics makes him a pro at workplace interactions to build his philosophy he coined, "better practices.*" (*ask him about it!) In our collaborative world, his multicultural and virtual communication skills are gold to shaping the future of visionary leadership.”
