- The PgMP Bootcamp is an intense program that has been achieving near perfect passing on the 1st try when utilizing the full suite of resources from PMI and PMO Advisory. To enable learning, this course applies a combination of traditional lecturing of key concepts, discussion of cases and examples, review of important artifacts, and sharing of experiences. Most importantly, this course includes access to the PgMP Exam Simulators. We anticipate PMI will slowly transition the exam toward the Fifth edition of the Standard for Program Management. Our plan is to offer multiple versions of the exam simulator that includes over 1,800 questions based on 4th edition and another 1,500 questions based on the 5th edition.

This Ultra Live Virtual PgMP Boot Camp is an intense program that is a blend of Live Virtual and Pre-Recorded course, and there is a near perfect passing on the first try. The PgMP certification is designed for professionals who strive to reach higher in project management and lead larger and more complex programs.

This course includes access to the PfMP Exam Simulator, which contains over 1,700 questions. As PMI appears to be migrating the exam toward the 4th Edition of the Standard for Portfolio Management, PMI Advisory is creating a new test bank with over 1,000 questions based on the 4th edition.

- Data Management Best Practices - Practicing Data Management Better (03/10/25
- Poor data skills will increase costs; steal increasing amounts of time; deliver less and present greater risk. It's important to develop defensive skills to differentiate between good and bad data.
A solid "Data Program" will promote best practices by using a Data Maturity Model(DMM) and a Body of Knowledge (DMBOK), and applying them together. This will establish a foundation of data practices to measure & improve their capabilities:

- Master Tutorial - AI and It's Effects on Data Leadership, Monetization, Governance (05/21/25)
A most important lesson when applying the Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK) is that the wedges are more powerful when applied in concert, as opposed to individually. This class will discuss the specific impact of AI on 3 of the wedges: Data Leadership, Data Monetization and Data Governance (DG).
When focusing on DG, AI’s primary impact is on gathering, filtering, and analyzing information relevant to various DG decisions. DG can best be defined as “managing data decisions with guidance”.
When approaching the topic of data monetization, AI must be seen as a primary source of monetization fuel (Garbage in → garbage out.).
Finally, when examining the topic of Data Leadership, it is good to keep in mind the recurring phrase “Your job will not be taken by AI, your job will be taken by someone who knows how to use AI better than you.” The sooner you begin to use various AI capabilities, the more effective your data leadership will be.

Jira fundamentals training is targeted for team members and those in an oversight role for technology delivery and sustainment programs. The hands-on training teaches students how to use Jira to manage and track their work in an immersive environment that simulates a large, diverse organization. The course covers Jira fundamentals such as how to create and search for issues, as well as how to use popular Agile methods Scrum and Kanban while putting them in a practical context.
