The PgMP Bootcamp is an intense program that has been achieving near perfect passing on the first try when utilizing the full suite of resources from PMI and PMO Advisory.
To enable learning, this course applies a combination of traditional lecturing of key concepts, discussion of cases and examples, review of important artifacts, and sharing of experiences. Most importantly, this course includes access to the PgMP Exam Simulators. We anticipate PMI will slowly transition the exam toward the Fifth edition of the Standard for Program Management. Our plan is to offer multiple versions of the exam simulator that includes over 1,800 questions based on 4th edition and another 1,500 questions based on the 5th edition.

The Master Program Management course (PgM) is a comprehensive training class designed for project and program managers who want to learn and apply the latest concepts, domains, tools, and techniques in program management. Based on the latest edition of the Standard for Program Management, this course is a blend of concepts and good practices along with the practical experiences from PMO Advisory's consulting services. The course is conducted over eight hours of real-time meetings (organized into two sessions of 4 hours each), in addition to access to a vast library of pre-recorded materials and templates.
This course is for those want to learn and practice program management, and the approach is based on a combination of traditional lecturing of key concepts, discussion of scenarios and cases and examples, review of important artifacts, and sharing of experiences.
For those who wish to prepare for the Program Management Professional (PgMP) exam, this is not the right course. Please register for one of the PgMP Bootcamps.

- The PfMP Ultra LV Bootcamp is an intense program that has been achieving near perfect passing on the first try when utilizing the full suite of resources from PMI and PMO Advisory. To enable learning, this course applies a combination of traditional lecturing of key concepts, discussion of cases and examples, review of important artifacts, and sharing of experiences. Most importantly, this course includes access to the PfMP Exam Simulator, which contains over 1,700 questions. As PMI appears to be migrating the exam toward the 4th Edition of the Standard for Portfolio Management, PMI Advisory is creating a new test bank with over 1,000 questions based on the 4th edition.
- Non-Profit - Seven Questions to Ask (PfMP Ultra LV) Class (03/03/26)
- Nonprofit organizations often face significant challenges in project execution. The reasons are many, from limited resources to tight schedules, nonprofits often struggle with project performance, especially on the large and complex projects. The goal of this course is to provide a simple yet comprehensive approach for nonprofit professionals to tackle project implementation. The “7 Key Questions” approach has been tried and true across multiple nonprofit and governmental organizations. Throughout this course, we will provide authentic examples and practical steps to make project management work better. If you and your organization struggle with getting big things done, then this course is for you.
Jira fundamentals training is targeted for team members and those in an oversight role for technology delivery and sustainment programs. The hands-on training teaches students how to use Jira to manage and track their work in an immersive environment that simulates a large, diverse organization. The course covers Jira fundamentals such as how to create and search for issues, as well as how to use popular Agile methods Scrum and Kanban while putting them in a practical context.
Jira intermediate training is targeted for team members and those in an oversight role for technology delivery and sustainment programs. The hands-on training teaches students how to use Jira to manage and track their work in an immersive environment that simulates a large, diverse organization. Thoughtfully configured and enhanced with a carefully curated set of plugins, the training highlights lessons learned and best practices, demonstrating how effortless Jira can be.
