Project Managers and Program managers encounter many challenges in the pursuit of successful completion of objectives. Among the challenges is the strong possibility of working with stakeholders whose personalities and behaviors may create situations that are difficult to manage or cause significant conflict among other project stakeholders. In this webinar learn how to identify the characteristics and tactics of difficult stakeholders whether they are clients, suppliers, co-workers, employees, or managers, and develop strategies for creating a more effective and productive work environment. During this webinar you will practice techniques that will assist in solving conflicts and removing barriers that reduce productivity, frustrate team members and co-workers and slow organizational growth. This webinar will assist you in improving your ability to lead your team to higher levels of performance and to more effectively manage business relationships to increase the probability of achieving desired outcomes. The webinar will also address the concepts of emotional intelligence and the importance emotional management.
The webinar is designed for project managers, project leaders, managers and employees who, by the nature of their job assignments, have direct contact with demanding clients, stakeholders, and difficult people and must establish effective working relationships to obtain requirements, negotiate changes, resolve conflicts, and minimize the effects of undesirable and disruptive behavior.

SPEAKER BIO
Frank P. Saladis, PMP, PMI Fellow is a Consultant, Instructor, a motivational speaker and an author within the discipline of project management. He holds a Masters Certificate in Commercial Project Management from GWU and is a graduate of the Project Management Institute Leadership Masters Class.
Frank has held several positions within PMI, including 4 time President of the NYC Chapter, President of the PMI Assembly of Chapter Presidents, and Chair of the PMI Education and Training SIG (Specific Interest Group). He is also the author of 12 published books and is the originator of International Project Management Day, a day of recognition for Project Managers.
Mr. Saladis was recognized as PMI Person of the Year in 2006, PMI Fellow in 2013, and received the PMI Distinguished Contribution Award in October 2015.
