Nominations & Election 2025

The PMINYC Nominations and Elections Committee is seeking candidates for the chapter’s Board of Directors. Nominations will be accepted starting now through October 22nd.

Eligible candidates for each position are sent to PMI HQ, who manages the entire ballot process starting by announcing that is open.

If you have the requisite experience, knowledge, and skills, and the time to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of office, please apply to run for a Board seat. Chapter members may self-nominate or may be nominated by a fellow member. To nominate yourself or a fellow member, please download, complete, and submit the appropriate form.

The following positions are up for election this year:

Six of these officers will serve a two-year term, from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.

Candidates for all of these Board seats need strong communications and organizational skills, in addition to team building and the ability to delegate effectively. These roles are important to PMINYC and require a significant time commitment from the candidates who should be available a minimum of 30 hours per month.
