There is no universal or magic formula that will guarantee a successful career as a project manager or that a project will compete successfully. Project managers face many challenges in the performance of their assignments and at least one key to success is to develop effective leadership habits and skills. It’s all about visualizing the full scope of the project, defining team expectations, maintaining a strong connection with the team and major stakeholders and anticipating potential roadblocks.
Learning Objectives - At the completion of this webinar, the attendee will be able to:
1. Explain the generally accepted roles of the project manager
2. Plan strategies for effective management and leadership of a project team
3. Develop an individual professional development plan that will enhance the project
manager’s skills and ability to successfully manage project teams and project stakeholders.
