Attendees will gain the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations and Lean Governance. They'll have the opportunity to capture the current and future state of their portfolio with the Portfolio Canvas tool and identify important business initiatives for achieving the future state. Participants will be able to establish portfolio flow with Portfolio Kanban and prioritize initiatives for maximum economic benefit. The course also provides insights on how to establish Value Stream Budgets and Lean Budget Guardrails and measure Lean portfolio performance.

• Build a plan for LPM implementation.
Who Should Attend?
All are welcome to attend regardless of experience. However, the following recommendations will make the training more productive: familiarity with Agile concepts and principles; those who attended a Leading SAFe or SAFe PO/PM course; and experience working in a SAFe environment. This includes executives and leaders (CIOs, CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and VPs); Enterprise Architects; Product and Solution Managers; Business Unit Managers; Program Office Personnel; SPCs and Enterprise Agile Coaches; Epic Owners and RTEs.
Speaker Bio:
Stephen Gristock is the Regional Agile Delivery Lead for the New York area. He has over 30+ years broad experience acquired across finance, advisory consulting, media, e-commerce, risk & compliance and software services sectors. Stephen has played a number of roles including Compliance Specialist, Advisory Consultant, PMO Manager, Process Improvement Consultant and Agile Transformation Leader.
Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Stephen worked at Thomson Reuters as a risk and compliance solutions manager, and as a professional services PMO manager. Prior to that he ran an extensive series of organizational and agile transformation programs at JPMorgan Chase. He has also operated as an independent consultant with clients in North America, Asia and Europe.
Stephen is certified as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
