Get invaluable insight to the complete End-to-End Strategy Execution Framework and see how you can provide visibility and establish clear linkage between business strategy, goals, execution and related outcomes. Connecting these 5 critical processes is a game-changing opportunity for your PMO and organization. Specifically, we will address the following critical areas: Goal Setting, Portfolio Planning, Execution Constraints/Capacity, Benefit Realization Management Methods, Organizational Change Management, Portfolio Governance.
