Project Management Overview with NPower
WEBINAR
Note:This event is open to NPower students only
Project management is the process of completing specific tasks to achieve a project's goal. This involves working in a team, setting success criteria, and ensuring any challenges and constraints are taken into consideration. Project managers are change agents that use their skills and expertise to inspire a shared purpose amongst the team and drive business results. NPower students will be learning about project management from one of our esteemed speakers, Frank Saladis.
