EVENT DETAILS

Research indicates that only about 29% of organizational change initiatives are successful. The key factor in managing change is authentic leadership. This class provides the participant with a focused approach that will assist in gaining acceptance of change from the affected stakeholders, manage and reduce resistance to change, and establish a plan for managing future change.   
The following services will be provided by the Provider:
     • Virtual live training provided by Frank Saladis.  
     • Participants will receive a PDF copy of all material presented during the program.
     • Registration for the webinars will be arranged through a PMINYC meeting registration
       URL that will be available via emails and the PMINYC website.
     • PDU Breakdown: The workshop provides 3 PMI ® Professional Development Units
       (PDUs) in the Leadership component of the PMI ® Talent Triangle. Attendees can self-
        report PDU’s by utilizing the PMI ® CCRS.
     • Details for logging into the webinar will be sent to all registrants after registration
        is closed.

Frank Saladis

Frank P. Saladis, PMP, PMI Fellow is the Owner/Founder of Blue Marble Enterprizes Inc. and Project Imaginers. Frank is an accomplished leader and contributor in the discipline of project management. He is the author of 12 published books, the past editor of the All PM Newsletter (an IIL publication) and the author of over 160 project management articles. Frank provides training and consulting internationally and has educated and entertained countless audiences with a special blend of project management knowledge and tasteful humor. He is also an experienced and well known project management instructor, consultant, professional trainer, facilitator, mentor, and keynote speaker.
 
Frank is the Originator/Founder of International Project Management Day which launched in 2004 and has been growing in recognition yearly. The goal of International Project Management Day is the worldwide recognition of the many project managers and project teams in every industry.

Frank was PMI's 2006 Person of the Year.  Frank is a PMP, a graduate from the PMI Leadership Institute Master’s class, and has contributed significantly to the organizations growth and knowledge base for more than 20 years. His leadership activity within PMI included President of PMINYC, President of the Assembly of Chapter Presidents, and Chair of the Education and Training Specific Interest Group. He also received the high honor of the “ PMI Fellow Award” and the very prestigious “PMI Distinguished Contribution Award”. 
Mr. Saladis is currently featured as a monthly contributor for the Project Management World Journal and is engaged in training programs for PMI's Seminars World ®.
