About Our speakers:

Ronald Schmelzer is the Managing Partner and CPMAI Certified Lead Instructor at Cognilytica. He co-developed the Cognitive Project Management for AI (CPMAI) methodology, widely adopted by Fortune 1000 firms and government agencies globally for AI and advanced data project management. A sought-after expert, Ron chairs various industry groups focused on AI adoption and best practices. He co-hosts the AI Today podcast, contributes to Forbes, serves as a TechTarget SearchAI columnist, and judges at SXSW Innovation Awards. Previously, Ron founded ZapThink, an industry analyst firm focusing on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Cloud Computing, acquired by Dovel Technologies. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Kathleen Walch, also Managing Partner and CPMAI Certified Lead Instructor at Cognilytica, co-developed the CPMAI methodology. With a background in marketing and project management, Kathleen is a dynamic presenter and thought leader on emerging technology best practices. She chairs the AI-focused working group at ATARC and was selected for OECD's ONE AI and Expert Group on AI risk and accountability. Kathleen co-hosts the AI Today podcast, contributes to Forbes, writes for TechTarget SearchAI, and judges at SXSW Innovation Awards. Prior to Cognilytica, she founded HourlyBee, a tech startup, and contributed to direct marketing operations at Harte Hanks. Kathleen graduated from Loyola University with a degree in Marketing.
