Agile Workshop - The Economics of Agile
The Economics of Agile
Join the PMINYC Agile team for this interactive workshop to learn about the Economics of Agile from Agile Coach Damon Poole. After a brief overview, we will break out into small teams and play a few rounds of the Agile Economics Game.
The Agile Economics Game shows the connection between how people work and the monetary result. It shows the monetary impact of frequent communication, working agreements, retrospectives, planning, working in small chunks, and many other Agile staples.
The game is played using Mural. A Mural template of the game will be provided for use with your teams.
Connecting with a tablet or PC is required for participation.
Previous knowledge of agile is not required.
Registration for this workshop is limited so register now!
