Calling all Mentors. Come join us for the 2nd Mentor's Workshop here at PMI-NYC for 2025. This one is an "in person" event to take place at the location in the calendar. Frank Saladis, a 4 time past president of PMI-NYC will lead the session. Among other things Frank will acquaint, reacquaint or confirm our understanding of the value of mentoring. Among other things Frank will discuss the value of mentoring, the differences between Mentoring and Coaching, listening skills and how to foster mutually beneficial mentor and mentee relationships.

About Our Speaker:


Frank P. Saladis, PMP, PMI Fellow is a Consultant, Instructor, a motivational speaker and an author within the discipline of project management. He holds a Masters Certificate in Commercial Project Management from GWU and is a graduate of the Project Management Institute Leadership Masters Class.
 
Frank has held several positions within PMI, including 4 time President of the NYC Chapter, President of the PMI Assembly of Chapter Presidents, and Chair of the PMI Education and Training SIG (Specific Interest Group). He is also the author of 12 published books and is the originator of International Project Management Day, a day of recognition for Project Managers.
 
Mr. Saladis was recognized as PMI Person of the Year in 2006, PMI Fellow in 2013, and received the PMI Distinguished Contribution Award in October 2015.
