Nonprofit organizations often face significant challenges in project execution. The reasons are
many, from limited resources to tight schedules, nonprofits often struggle with project
performance, especially on the large and complex projects. The goal of this course is
to provide a simple yet comprehensive approach for nonprofit professionals to tackle project
implementation. The “7 Key Questions” approach has been tried and true across multiple
nonprofit and governmental organizations. Throughout this course, we will provide
authentic examples and practical steps to make project management work better. If you and
your organization struggle with getting big things done, then this course is for you.
SPEAKER BIO
Anthoney Pavelich
Anthoney Pavelich holds both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He obtained his MBA concentrated in Project Management as well from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Anthoney has a varied background in many industries such as banking, supply chain, warehouse management, educational development, teaching higher education, and government – all spanning over 20 years.
