Change is constant — but leading it well is anything but easy. In this session, author and change management expert Aakriti Agrawal Kim shares how to navigate the emotional, cultural and behavioral shifts that come with change. Drawing from her ANCHOR framework, Aakriti reveals practical techniques to reduce fear, build trust, and foster sustainable change. Whether you’re leading a data initiative, a new process rollout, or a culture shift, you’ll leave with actionable tools to help your people not just survive change — but thrive through it.

Program Learning Objectives: By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify six of the most common pitfalls that derail change efforts – and recognize early
warning signs in their own organizations.
2. Apply practical strategies from the ANCHOR framework to build trust, reduce resistance,
and sustain momentum during transformation.
