What You Will Learn
This workshop will discuss the third phase of the effective mentoring lifecycle, “Developing the Mentee and Maintaining Momentum.” Now that you and your mentee have established your relationship and defined goals, how do you move ahead? This workshop will discuss making and following a mentee development plan, strengthening your partnership, and meeting challenges. Participants will receive a free workbook containing these techniques and tools.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is for PMINYC mentors. (If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please go to www.pminyc.org/mentoring and complete the mentoring application.)
Speaker
Jack Davis PMP, PMINYC Director of Mentoring Programs. Jack is a project manager, IT leader, and educator. He has been a PMINYC mentor since 2008.
PDUs
PMI-certified participants will earn 2.0 leadership PDUs.
