Get invaluable insight to the complete End-to-End Strategy Execution Framework and see how you can provide visibility and establish clear linkage between business strategy, goals, execution and related outcomes. Connecting these 5 critical processes is a game-changing opportunity for your PMO and organization. We will review the most critical and often overlooked areas in Strategy Execution and show exactly how we can decompose high-level strategic goals into investment goals, measurable scope, project benefits and portfolio components that we can address and execute.
Specifically, we will address the following critical areas: Goal Setting, Portfolio Planning, Execution Constraints/Capacity, Benefit Realization Management Methods, Organizational Change Management, Portfolio Governance. We will walk through each element carefully and through examples discuss how PMOs can expand into valuable areas in the needed End-to-End process.
