Nonproject Projects: 7 Questions every Project Manager should ask
Nonprofit organizations often face significant challenges in project execution. The reasons are many, from limited resources to tight schedules, nonprofits often struggle with project performance, especially on the large and complex projects. The goal of this course is to provide a simple yet comprehensive approach for nonprofit professionals to tackle project implementation. The “7 Key Questions” approach has been tried and true across multiple nonprofit and governmental organizations. Throughout this course, we will provide authentic examples and practical steps to make project management work better. If you and your organization struggle with getting big things done, then this course is for you.

We're proud to be partnering with New York Build, returning on March 18-19 at the Javits Center! This year’s show is larger than ever, featuring even more high-quality speakers, exhibitors, networking events, and attendees.
PMINYC will have a dedicated chapter booth (#2034) and will be featured on the speaker agenda through an expert panel focused on closing the skills gap and developing tomorrow’s workforce.

During this webinar you will learn what makes a team highly performing and discover a model that helps you build and foster such teams. Mentoring Program
The PMINYC Mentoring Program provides mentoring opportunities for all members of our chapter. Mentoring is a mutual sharing of experiences and opinions to create agreed-upon outcomes. This program aims to develop and strengthen project management competencies in line with the PMINYC Chapter goals of servicing member value and professional development. It is a great learning opportunity for both Mentors and Mentees.
Volunteer with Us
Build your professional network. Gain experience as a project manager, as a leader, develop communication and presentation skills. Volunteer is fun and our chapter has several open positions for new volunteers.

PMINYC - Virtual Midday Mixers Members Only
PMINYC is hosting Virtual Midday Mixers, facilitated by our very own PMINYC Director of Internal Consulting, Nathaniel Stephens. This virtual session provides an open space to discuss project management–related topics and connect with fellow members through casual networking.
Our goal is to focus on you and other like-minded members by exploring topics that matter most to your professional growth.
We plan to cover a range of project management themes. Join us for the Virtual Midday Mixer on this date, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM ET. This is a drop-in session; however, registration is required to ensure you are included in our Midday Mixer prize drawings. A Zoom link will be provided once your registration is complete.
