DESCRIPTION:

This one-day workshop is to introduce/reinforce the fundamentals of Disciplined Agile. The participants will have the opportunity to apply DA to current, real-life projects. This hands-on approach reinforces the fundamentals of DA and begins a solid foundation for creating a new Way of Working. Participants will walk away with their project-focused steps to begin their DA journey with the right choices.

This is a great first course to take in DA. If you are curious, interested, want to know more before pursuing a certification, this is the course for you. Invest one day, learn the fundamentals of DA, and take away techniques that will improve your current way of working.

Take away – solid foundational understanding of the components of DA, including: four views, mindset, principles, lifecycles, phases, goals, and toolkit navigation.

This course is intended for all levels, all skillsets, all kinds of projects.


Requirements:
➢ No prior agile experience is required.

Beth Ouellette, the CEO and founder of The Ouellette Group, has successfully partnered with organizations globally to bring strategic change, portfolio, program, and project management best practices, continuously improve business analysis and data management acumen, and adopt an agile way of working. Beth has earned the PMP, PgMP, PBA, CDA, DASLM, CDAI, and CDAC designations, and the PMI Fellow Award – 2018 for accumulated years of Project Management Global service.
