SCHEDULE:

Practical DA with Personas  - Meeting Day, Date, Time

                                     Day(s):                         Friday

Meeting Date(s):                     3/31/2023

                    Start Time:                         08:30 AM

                     End Time:                        04:30 PM

This one-day Disciplined Agile course will provide an opportunity for hands-on use of the DA Toolkit. Whether the current or potential role is that of an Agile Project Manager, a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, a New Program Manager, a New Agile Team Lead, or a New Product Owner, this Master Class will enable participants to get started with Disciplined Agile.
A persona-based approach is taken, so each participant can focus on their context, their situation, their project or program, their current or desired role. The basics of DA are reviewed, personas introduced, and based on a real-life project or a suggested simulation the participants dig deep into the toolkit to craft their new approach to their way of working.
Take away – hands-on, working understanding of how the Disciplined Agile toolkit can be leveraged for a variety of perspectives (aka Personas).

Requirements:

This course is intended for those all levels and skillsets with some foundational knowledge of DA. The fundamentals of DA will be reviewed, not taught in depth.
