Agile Foundational
Created as an overview specifically for PMs, this internal chapter class has been developed to provide a comprehensive overview of existing Agile approaches, their origins and the prevailing best in class approaches across the community.
This training is ideal for those who are inexperienced or relatively new to Agile, or for those who are simply seeking a refresher.
Attendees learn:
• Where did Agile originate
• What are the main traits of Agility
• What are the key concepts and terminology
• What are the current popular Frameworks
• What are the key Agile roles and practices
• Where can I find more specific/detailed information
Speaker Bio - Stephen Gristock
Stephen has over 30+ years broad experience acquired across finance, advisory consulting, media, e-commerce, risk & compliance and software services sectors. Stephen has played a number of roles including Compliance Specialist, Advisory Consultant, PMO Manager, Process Improvement Consultant and Agile Transformation Leader.
Steve previously worked as an instructor at the Eliassen Group, and at Thomson Reuters as a risk and compliance solutions manager, and as a professional services PMO manager. He also previously ran an extensive series of organizational and agile transformation programs at JPMorgan Chase, and also operated as an independent consultant with clients in North America, Asia and Europe.
Stephen is certified as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
