About Our Speaker:

Andrea Misir, otherwise known as The Millennial Career Coach, is a former recruiter and digital marketing maven. She has spent 5 years in AdTech and media managing campaigns for Fortune 500 brands like Sprint, P&G, and Unilever. She then pivoted into healthcare, spending another 5 years working with some of the largest privately held healthcare systems based in NYC during COVID-19. Andrea first started coaching in 2016 by offering free resume reviews and workshops for job seekers in the outer boroughs of New York City as a moderator for the 150,000 member Facebook group “Jobs in NYC”. Since then, she has helped over 1000 people better market themselves and ultimately land jobs making at least 20% more in at least 3 months. Her previous career coaching clients have gone on to work at companies such as Cisco, Oracle, Etsy, Disney, CapGemini, Raytheon, Moody’s, Deloitte, & MasterCard. Andrea has also been featured in articles published by Entrepreneur, NerdWallet & Fast Company.
