About Our Panelists:

  • Dr. Anna Tavis
    Clinical Professor & Chair, Human Capital Management, NYU’s School of Professional Studies 
    Dr. Tavis is a Clinical Professor and Chair of the Human Capital Management Department at the NYU School of Professional Studies, where she leads MS degree and certificate programs in Human Capital Management. With a career spanning leadership roles at Motorola, Nokia, United Technologies, and AIG Investments, she brings unparalleled expertise in the evolving landscape of work and learning.

    She is also the co-author of Humans at Work: The Art and Practice of Creating the Hybrid Workplace and the newly released bestseller The Digital Coaching Revolution—a must-read for professionals navigating AI-driven coaching, digital assistants, and personalized learning in the age of automation.

  • Vishakha Sadhwani
    Cloud Architect at Google
    Vishakha is a technical Cloud Architect at Google, specializing in designing and building scalable cloud solutions. She helps businesses across diverse industries achieve transformative results through cloud technology, automation, and secure deployments. With over eight years of experience, she is passionate about mentoring others in the cloud space. Vishakha’s expertise in DevOps and cloud innovation provides a unique perspective on leveraging AI and cloud technologies for strategic decision-making and effective leadership in the tech arena.

About Our Moderator:

  • Jennie Glazer
    CEO, Coqual
    Jennie Glazer is the CEO of Coqual, where she oversees member engagement, external affairs, finance, people, and technology, and advises clients on high-priority DEI&B opportunities to create inclusive workplaces with data-driven solutions. As the founder of Teamkind, she brings over 25 years of leadership experience, driving transformations at Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits with an Agile mindset. Most recently, Jennie served as Chief Engagement & Administration Officer at Citi’s PBWM, where she led community engagement, agile transformation, and team development. Previously, she held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley—where she was recognized as a MAKERS Awardee—and served as Director of Operations at NYU during a $2.5B fundraising campaign. A certified Advanced Practitioner in team effectiveness, Jennie is a passionate advocate for Neurodiversity, serving on the board of EPIC Players. She holds a BA in French from Earlham College (studied at McGill University).
