PMINYC Outreach Columbia SPS's "Meet-a-Mentor” Program
PMINYC is partnering with Columbia University. This program is designed to support students from our M.S. programs in Applied Analytics, Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Management, and Actuarial Science by connecting them with experienced professionals for one-on-one mentorship.
Are you passionate to inspire the Next Generation and take part of Columbia SPS "Meet-a-Mentor Program"? If you can commit a minimum of 3 hours (equivalent to six 30-minute mentoring sessions) from January 20 to May 1, 2026, by conducting at least six 30-minute Mentor sessions in the Spring 2026 semester, you can take part of this exciting opportunity. Attend the Virtual Meet-a-Mentor Program Kick-off on Thursday, January 16th 2026 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm Individuals with a strong interest in providing guidance, expertise, support and encouragement to student mentees seeking career advancement
Mentor Eligibility:
1. Individuals with a strong interest in providing guidance, expertise, support and encouragement to student mentees seeking career advancement
2. Experienced professionals who are currently employed in the field and possess a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
3. Professionals who enhance or employ data-driven decision making within their organization within a range of job functions including analytics, finance, operations, marketing, sales, and compliance.
