Description

This session will be a live virtual panel discussion.It will be moderated by Siri Kostanyan, and have three panelists who are a blend of PMI Global leadership, business / board-level voices, and independent industry experts in enterprise transformation.

In 2025, PMI and the Agile Alliance released the "Manifesto for Enterprise Agility", a leadership-level guide for organizations facing constant disruption and rising pressure to reinvent. It reframes the core question for leaders from “What is our plan?” to “Are we built for change?” and defines enterprise agility as the capacity to adapt at scale without losing coherence: to decide quickly, redirect resources deliberately, and keep strategy actionable under real-world pressure.

PMI’s global research underscores the urgency. While 85% of C-suite executives consider enterprise agility critical, roughly 65% admit they have implemented it only to a limited extent or not at all. The gap is rarely strategy itself, it is converting strategy into coordinated action across the enterprise. PMI research also shows high-agility organizations consistently outperform peers on project performance, while lowering failure and budget-loss rates.

This panel conducts a direct, practical conversation about what the Manifesto means in practice: how enterprise agility moves beyond team-level agile, what it asks of leaders and PMOs, and how project professionals can drive change-readiness inside their own organizations. 

The moderated format pairs the PMI leadership perspective with independent transformation expertise so attendees leave with both the framing and the field-tested reality.

Speaker Bio – Siri Kostanyan

Siri Kostanyan serves as Chief AI & Digital Officer and Technical Program Manager, leading enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives across global organizations. She is also an Adjunct Professor at New York University (NYU), where she teaches in a GAC-accredited Master’s in Project Management program.

With over 12 years of experience, her work focuses on how organizations adopt and manage AI in a way that is both practical and responsible. She has worked with organizations including the United Nations, Google, the World Bank, UNICEF, and the Asian Development Bank, contributing to initiatives that apply technology to real-world challenges.

Siri has authored six peer-reviewed research publications on AI initiatives and co-authored a United Nations and NYU white paper on Responsible AI in project management. Her work bridges theory and practice, combining academic research with hands-on delivery experience.

Her teaching approach is highly practical and grounded in real-world use cases.
