Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for project managers. On the first Wednesday of every month (except holidays), PMINYC Toastmasters club members engage on a journey of personal and professional development. Toastmasters education program is designed to help members build their core competencies of interpersonal communication, strategic leadership, management, and confidence in public speaking.
