Crucial Conversations

Abstract :Crucial conversations are discussions with (i) high stakes, (ii) different opinions, and (iii) strong emotions. These stressful conversations can rapidly go awry. We avoid having these conversations because we’re afraid we’ll make matters worse. At this chapter meeting we’ll discuss dialogue principles and practical skills that will enable you to talk to anyone about virtually any topic, no matter how sensitive.

Jack Davis PMP is a project manager, IT leader, and educator. Jack has served PMINYC as a mentor since 2008 and as Director of Mentoring Programs since 2018.
