It Factor for Scrum Masters

Often used in sports, the ‘It’ Factor refers to the seemingly intangible qualities of an individual that causes them to stand out, especially in areas of leadership. People often associate leadership in terms of position or title. In this session, we will analyze the 4 Key aspects of the ‘It Factor" and attendees will learn how to harness the power of mindsets to develop more agile leaders and a more agile organization regardless of their current position or title.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to classify and define the critical leadership aspects that define the ‘It’ Factor:
