Kim Donica
Information Technology Leader, Financial Services
Kim has worked in information technology for over 20 years, starting her career post-MBA in management consulting at Accenture and KPMG. Following that, she went to MetLife, progressing from business systems analyst to Vice President. Kim is an active member of Women in Technology (WIT) Network and Athena of the Triangle initiatives.
Delivering business growth and innovation by transforming teams and harnessing the power of technology is her mission. Experience includes:
- Developed and executed strategic roadmaps communicating the vision and managing change. Leading global, multi-sourced teams with up to 600 people.
- Led software quality organization transformation by leading a culture and operating model change enabling improved time-to-market for business growth and acceleration. Revamped software quality approach for Agile / DevOps, supported by process consistency, improved staffing model, and productized, open-source tool stack.
- Program delivery accomplishments include multiple Financials ERP implementations, including the first standard global financial accounting and reporting platform deployed in all regions, supporting over 12 countries for a Fortune 50 organization.

Shundrian Green is a senior leader within a large Consulting Services practice. She has over 15 years of professional services experience with over 10 years spent helping teams manage through global project delivery and operations.
Shundrian is a high-performance leader with a broad range of experience in consulting and process methodology. She is a client centered specialist with unique blend of analytical and strategic planning, along with skilled execution for optimal efficiencies and effectiveness. She has worked as a solutions’ focused change agent with strong expertise in developing organizational systems, disciplined and repeatable best practices, and institutionalizing improved work-team processes.
Her major strengths include: agile process management, process improvement, methodology design, project/program management, quality assurance, IT development & execution, software development life-cycle, supply chain & operations, strategic marketing, business analysis/design, and employee/management development.
Brenda Liebnow
Director, Intelligent Technologies & Consulting Operations

Passionate about improving operations and developing future leaders, Brenda is a strategic business leader with more than 20 years’ experience optimizing business performance for well-known companies in diverse sectors including automotive, industrial products, health, life sciences, media and entertainment, and technology sectors.
With experience streamlining operations, identifying opportunities to add value to the organization, and implementing initiatives to improve outcomes, her focus is on establishing simple and effective operating models to mobilize and manage complex initiatives, as well as rescue of those in distress. She enjoys training, coaching and mentoring others on related topics to demystify principles of project, program and portfolio management, as well as sharing of leading practices.
Christina Martinez
Senior Manager, Transformation Design and Execution

Christina aims to bring her authentic self to all that she does in the hopes that others feel comfortable doing the same. She is passionate about the power of change and, as a Senior Manager in the Ernst & Young Transformation Design & Execution practice, she enjoys helping clients along their transformation journey. She is currently undergoing her own transformation as she learns the ins and outs of being a mom.
Christina has twenty years of professional services experience within client facing roles, specializing in transformation management, complex program management, organizational change management and business process improvement. She is a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), a SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) and a member of the EY/Sinek Purpose Realized Early Adopters program.
Christina holds the following degrees: MBA, Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley; BS Mechanical Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology; BS Art and Design, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
