Luigi and Elan will discuss the evolution of their relationship, as well as their partnership goals for the future.

Panelists

LUIGI ROSA, PE, PMP, CCM is a Licensed Professional Engineer, MSCE, PMP (Project Management Professional), and CCM (Certified Construction Manager), with 20 years of experience throughout Europe, the Middle East, and North America managing railway mega-projects. He currently works on the leadership team of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s mega-project, the Penn Station Access Project.

ELAN PESKIN, PMP, LEED AP BD+C is a certified Project Management Professional and a LEED AP credential holder, currently working as project manager for a New York City-based construction company specializing in the construction of affordable housing. For nearly 10 years, Elan has worked with various community development organizations to improve the lives of New Yorkers.
