He incorporates current experience with years of real-life business leadership to make a high-impact, interactive experience for his students. Pete started his PMP journey with the 1st edition of the PMBOK, and has been helping organizations with practical project approaches ever since. He can convey the theory between Predictive, Adaptive, and Hybrid project methods because he has guided clients through their practical application.
