What You Will Learn
“Success is a State of Being” is a practice designed to remove the internal challenges that block us from attaining greater success or achievement.
Join certified Executive Coach Bob Russo and certified Deep Transformational Coach Gilad Karni for an inspiring workshop.
This workshop is presented in two parts. Part 1 was on December 9, 2020. During the December 9 event, participants learned to apply Success as a State of Being practices to help themselves achieve greater success.
During Part 2 on January 13, 2021, mentors will learn how to teach Success as a State of Being practices to their mentees.
- Attain a deeper understanding of the practices introduced in part one.
- Learn to help your mentees apply these practices to develop their own new operating system, goals, activities, and milestones, to will bring them to their desired state of success.

Certified Executive Coach

Bob Russo retired from a successful career as an Executive at IBM to become a Professional Executive Coach. Bob works with his clients to unlock their potential and uncover their unique talents as leaders. He helps them recognize and surmount any roadblocks standing in the way of their success.
Glad Karni
Certified Deep Transformational Coach
Gilad Karni provides transformational coaching to high-performing leaders, athletes, and entrepreneurs. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience in high-performing and high-pressure environments. Gilad served as an Israeli Army Special Forces Operative. Gilad then led a 10-year professional basketball career, during which he captained several teams, including his national team.
